How it works
Happy Medium brings check-ins, reflection, and optional personal tools together without turning wellness into a score or prescribing how you should feel.
Make a Daily Log entry and record only what feels relevant—feelings, moods, behaviors, symptoms, triggers, medication context, or a note.
Journal freely, respond to a Daily Reflection, or use a personal tool when it would help you think something through.
Review entries, milestones, and Trends & Insights to notice possible patterns in what you recorded over time.
Choose what helps
The app offers different ways to reflect. None of them has to become a daily obligation.
Choose a starter template, review questionnaire suggestions, or add and edit your own logging points to fit what matters to you.
Write privately or consider a short passage and question in your own time.
Use SMART Goals, ABC worksheets, Cost–Benefit Analysis, Life Balance, Circle of Control, and other tools when you want them.
See how recorded information changed over time and consider possible patterns—not causes or diagnoses.
Mark meaningful moments without streaks, rankings, or a competitive wellness score.

From a blank page to a guided worksheet, choose the kind of reflection that feels useful to you.
Local-first privacy
In the first iPhone release, saved Daily Logs, notes, worksheets, and plans are stored locally by the app. There is no app account or cloud synchronization.
